InterCAD Systems Private Limited is an Autodesk Value Added Reseller since its interception & covers the territory of Kerala State through its 3 offices. In addition to the promotion of AutoCAD Software, InterCAD promoted Building Solutions Division (Revit, ADT, ABS, Revit Structure); Infrastructure Solution Division (Civil 3D, Map 3D, Raster Design) and Media & Entertainment Division (3DS Max, Maya, Viz) of Autodesk. InterCAD Systems Private Limited is also the exclusive reseller of Autodesk Academic Products in Kerala.
InterCAD Systems Private Limited is the Authorized Business Partner of Hewlett Packard (HP) for the promotion of HP Large Format Plotters in Kerala. The clients include Architects, Builders and Engineering & Media Industry.
Also InterCAD is the sole distributor in India for Medusa / Stheno software of CAD Schroer (Germany); Maxsurf (Ship / Hull Designing) software from Formation Design Systems (Australia) & RPC Plug-in from Archvision (USA) The company also promotes other popular engineering / scientific software including STAAD, MathCAD, OrCAD, Primavera, Ansys etc. for both the commercial & educational segment. |

For the past few years, we have established ourselves as the best CAD education hub in our state to provide quality education hub to engineers. We are the only Authorized Training Centre for both Autodesk and STAAD in Kerala. As an Advanced Training Centre of Autodesk, we provide courses in AutoCAD, Revit, Map and Inventor, by our Industry Experienced Engineers. Whether you are beginner looking at CAD for the first time, or some one who has been using it for years, our training course is designed to help you to get the most out of the software in which you have invested.
Our mission is to create a new generation CAD Engineers to evolve into successful and competent Engineers in the field of CAD, by imparting industry level Quality Training not only in technical aspects but also in areas in Personality Development & Team Dynamics. The consultancy wing consists of a team of consultants, project managers, programmers, and other design professionals with years of industry experience who understand the unique challenges of leveraging technology to your advantage. What's more, with rich domain knowledge and having thousand of man-hour experience in CAD services including CAD Drafting, Paper to CAD Conversion, PDF to CAD Conversion, Architectural Drafting / Design, 3D Modeling & Visualization Raster to Vector Conversion and File Translations. We have a dedicated team of Architects, Engineers and Drafters for providing services in the field of Civil Engineering, GlS & Mapping, Architectural Services, and Structural Designing with Detailing.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the buzz word in Architecture. It enhances productivity by allowing easy retrieval of embedded information such as quantities, specifications and manufacturer’s detail and provides interactive links between architectural, engineering and construction related information. Since we anticipate the trends and future demands, we focus ourselves to equip with this domain knowledge and try to evolve capabilities of the use of BIM. BIM benefits the community to improve productivity by ease retrieval of information; to embed and link vital information such as vendors for specific materials, location of details & quantities such as vendors for specific materials, location of details and quantities required for estimation and tendering to increase speed of delivery and to reduce cost & enhance profit for our clients. |

| Our History |

InterCAD is founded by Mr. Cinu P. Thomas, a post graduate in Structural Engineering in the year 2002, after he established himself in the CAD market through his proprietary company, CADDSOFT Solutions and CAD Design Systems. CAD Design was formed in 1992 at Trivandrum as a CAD Training Centre for AutoCAD and STAAD among other products. In the 1996, CADDSOFT tied with other major CAD vendors in Kerala for reselling Autodesk products along with CAD software available, with the setting up of a branch at Cochin. The third branch in the name Product Data Consultancy Services (PDCS) was founded at Coimbatore to cater the market in Tamil Nadu region.
With a clear vision of establishing a strong CAD Company, InterCAD Systems was founded as a Private Limited company by merging the activities of the above three firms on 1992 with Mr. Cinu P. Thomas as the Managing Director. InterCAD was formed with three offices to cater the Kerala and Coimbatore market. Now with the opening of Calicut office, InterCAD is covering Kerala horizontally to reach all major towns with its CAD solutions with more than 50 employees – the majority of them have technical background with Engineering Degree. |
